For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items unless faulty:

• Deep plates
• Bowls & serving dishes
• Christmas textiles (hand & tea towels, tablecloths)

3.1 Order Process

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. Orders are only confirmed once payment is processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

4.3 Delivery Options

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch.

These delivery times are estimates only and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

4.4 Delivery Issues

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses provided by customers.

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused and in perfect condition
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by the original packing slip or order confirmation

5.2 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and product details
2. We will provide a Returns Authorisation number and shipping address
3. Ship the item(s) using a trackable service (we are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us)

5.3 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. The original shipping cost (£12.95) is non-refundable. For free shipping orders, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

5.4 Exchanges

We happily exchange items for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Standard shipping charges apply for the new shipment.

5.5 Faulty Products

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. This does not affect your statutory rights.
