Shipping Information
We are delighted to ship our products worldwide (excluding Asia and a few remote regions).
Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
- Cost: £12.95
- Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS.
- Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Our Returns & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. We believe in the quality of our products, but we understand that sometimes an item may not fit your vision. Our returns policy is designed to be straightforward and hassle-free.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unused and in perfect condition.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the original packing slip or order confirmation email.
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, please email our friendly customer service team at [email protected]. Include your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
- Receive Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and the shipping address for your return.
- Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging and mail them to the address provided. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. We will then process your refund or ship your exchange item.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items for hygienic reasons:
- Coffee cups, Cups & Mugs
- Deep Plates
- Bowls & Serving Dishes
- Christmas Textiles (e.g., Christmas hand & tea towels, Christmas tablecloths)
- Candles (for safety and hygiene reasons)
Please Note: This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If an item is faulty or not as described, please contact us immediately.
Refunds
Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account after we have processed it.
The original cost of Standard Shipping (£12.95) is non-refundable. For orders that qualified for free shipping, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an item for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Once we receive your return, we will ship the new item to you. Standard shipping charges will apply for the new shipment.
