We believe in the quality and craftsmanship of our Scandinavian-inspired home decor, from our hand-picked bowls and candle holders to our cherished Christmas textiles. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be quite right for your space.

Our returns policy is designed to be as simple, transparent, and hassle-free as our design ethos. Please review the following information to understand our process.

Our Returns Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You must also include the original packing slip or order confirmation email as proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorisation number and instructions on where to send your package.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging and mail them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you. We will then process your refund or ship your exchange item.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, certain items cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. These include:

  • Coffee cups, Cups & Mugs
  • Deep Plates
  • Bowls & Serving Dishes
  • Christmas Textiles (e.g., Christmas hand & tea towels, Christmas tablecloths)
  • Candles (for obvious safety and hygiene reasons)

Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

Refunds

Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account after we have processed it.

Please note that the original cost of Standard Shipping (£12.95) is non-refundable. For orders that qualified for free shipping, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange an item for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Once we receive your return, we will ship the new item to you. Standard shipping charges will apply for the new shipment.
